Preparation and Consumption Recommendation

Mix 50g of powder (about 4 heaping tablespoons) with 250ml of cold water in a shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Consume up to 4 servings daily. It is recommended to consume before sports or competitions, immediately after training, and before going to bed.
