How can I change my password?

To do this, go to the login area under Account > Login > Forgot password or click here to reset your password.

To reset your password, enter your email address in the field and click Reset Password.

After a short time you will receive an email and can change your password.

What advantages do I have as a registered customer?

As a registered customer, the order process is completed more quickly thanks to the saved address.

You'll have an overview of all your orders with this account and the tracking number for each shipment. You can also save additional addresses.

When will I receive an invoice?

You will receive an invoice from us as soon as your order has been shipped.

Please note that you do not have to pay our invoice as you have already paid.

PayPal or Klarna will send you a separate invoice for your payment via email.

How can I pay?

You can pay with us via PayPal or Klarna.

You will be redirected to the respective provider’s website.

If you have any payment difficulties, please contact the provider directly, as we have no access to this information.

We will send you an invoice from us by email, which does not have to be paid!

Your payment will be processed through your selected provider.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, we do not have a minimum order value.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, simply use our contact form.

Once we have processed your request, we will send you an email with the current status of your cancellation request.

Because our logistics work quickly, cancellation and shipping may overlap.

Please note that we cannot stop a broadcast that is already in progress.


As soon as it has arrived, we can send you a return label for free return shipping within Germany.

We cannot offer free returns for international shipments.

Can I order by phone?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept orders by telephone.

You must place your order online.

How can I track my order?

After handing over to the shipping company, you will receive a separate email with all shipment details.

We ship your order with DHL.

How long is the delivery time?

You will usually receive your order within 2-3 working days.

You can view the shipping status of your package using DHL tracking.

Return & Refund

I would like to return my shipment

Returning your order is only possible free of charge within Germany.

Since these are food products, the goods must not be opened and must be in a saleable condition.


To receive a return label, please send us a request using our contact form.

After we have processed and reviewed your request, we will send you a return label.


For returns from abroad, the costs are borne by the buyer in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Where can I drop off my return?

Shipping is also handled by DHL for returns.

You can therefore drop off your shipment with the return label at all DHL locations.

If you don't know where to drop this off in your area, click on Find a drop-off point.

Here you will be redirected to DHL and can enter your address to find a collection point.

Can I redeem a voucher later?

No, once you have completed your order, you can no longer use the voucher code for that order.

The code can be redeemed for a new order in the shopping cart.

Can I use multiple voucher codes?

No, you can only use one code per order.
