Essential amino acids
Intake
Recommended intake: Add 50 g powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) and 125 ml milk (1.5% fat) to the shaker and shake for 20 seconds. For a thick consistency, allow the product to swell briefly before stirring. To prevent curdling, stir protein sauces into food that is no longer boiling (max. 60 °C).
