1. right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (IronMaxx Nutrition, Wegelinstraße 15, 50354 Hürth, info@ironmaxx.de, Phone: 02233-7191-0, Fax: 02233-7191-120) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
2 Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or to IronMaxx Nutrition Kundenservice Wegelinstraße 15, 50354 Hürth without undue delay and in any event not later than thirty days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the thirty-day period has expired. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

1. contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or destination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,

4 General information
1. please note that, in accordance with our returns policy, we cannot accept returns of products that have already been opened or broken, unless there is a demonstrable defect or fault. We ask for your understanding that, for reasons of product safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of goods that have been opened, unless it is a product that demonstrably does not meet the specified standards or is defective.
2. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage in order to avoid any claims for compensation due to damage caused by defective packaging.
3. If possible, please do not return the goods to us freight collect. We will provide you with a free DHL return slip by e-mail or by post, unless you have to bear the return costs yourself.
4. Please note that the above paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
