Intake
Add 50 g of powder (about 4 heaping tablespoons) and 125 ml of milk (1.5% fat) to the mixing cup and shake for 20 seconds. For a thicker consistency, let the product swell briefly before stirring. To prevent clumping, stir the protein sauce into the food that is no longer boiling (max. 60°C).
