By invoice
When purchasing by invoice, you will receive an invoice for the ordered goods which you can settle through a bank transfer within 20 days. It is important that the transfer should not be made to us, but to our partner, Billpay GmbH. Please therefore make sure to use the bank details given in your invoice. Billpay GmbH reserves the right in individual cases to check for which transactions purchases on account can be offered. Please therefore make sure, even when registering, that your name and address are written correctly.
By PayPal
In PayPal payments, the relevant amount will be debited from your bank account and immediately credited to our PayPal account. Other forms of immediate PayPal payments are credit card payments and payments from your PayPal balance. In particular for our overseas customers, this payment methods is simple, fast and secure. Immediately after the processing of the order you will be directed straight to PayPal. This payment method is available worldwide.
By "Sofortüberweisung" money transfer
We also offer Sofortüberweisung transfers. With this, we receive the credit transfer immediately. This can speed up the entire order process. For this, you only need an account number, sort code, a PIN and a TAN. Using the secure Sofort AG payment form, which cannot be accessed by traders, you are directed automatically and in real time to your online bank account. The purchase amount is then transferred immediately and directly to the trader's bank account.
Our service is cost-free for you the customer and there are only the fees (transfer fees) of your principal bank to pay.
By choosing the Sofortüberweisung payment method, at the end of the ordering process, a pre-completed form opens. This already contains our bank details. In addition, the transfer amount and reason for payment will already be entered in the form . You must then select the country in which you have your online account and enter the bank details. Then give the same information as when logging in to online banking (account number and PIN code). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. Your transaction is confirmed straight away.
In principle, any internet user can use Sofortüberweisung as their method of payment provided that they have an activated online banking account with the PIN/TAN system. Please be aware that Sofortüberweisung is still not available in a few banks. By cash payment
You are also welcome to pick up your order in person at our offices and pay cash on the spot. Please note that we do not offer electronic cash (EC) payment.
Delivery time and delivery costs
We try to have the products offered on our website in stock for you at all times. Should an item not be in stock, we will notify you by email. Your order shall in any case be sent by DHL as soon as possible.
If your delivery is sent in a number of parts, we of course calculate the delivery costs only once.

Delivery outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, the competent authorities shall collect customs duties on the item's arrival in your country. We unfortunately do not know how high the customs duties and import charges will be, as this varies greatly for each country. You can find detailed information on the amount of customs duties and possible import regulations at your customs office.
Order processing outside the EU
We ask customers from non-EU countries (third countries) who wish to make an overseas transfer to select the standard transfer payment method. All the necessary bank information will then be sent to you by email. The deadline for the invoiced amount from abroad is considerably longer than within the European Union. We apologise for protracted delivery times.
