Intake

Preparation: 50 g powder (approx.4 heaped tablespoons), add 75 ml milk (1.5% fat) and 75 ml water to the mixing cup and shake for 20 seconds. Allow to swell briefly for a thick consistency. Do not heat above 60 °C when cooking.
