Usage
Preparation & Consumption Recommendation:
Add 50g powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) and 250ml cold water to a shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Consume up to 4 servings daily. Recommended before exercise or competition, immediately after training, and before bedtime.

Usage
Preparation & Consumption Recommendation:
Mix 1 teaspoon (approx. 5g) with water or milk. We recommend mixing with weight gainers or protein shakes. Consume 1 serving 30 minutes before and immediately after training. On non-training days, take one serving shortly before breakfast and one shortly before dinner.
