Intake

Recommended intake: Add 6 g of powder (approximately ½ tablespoon) to 200 ml of cold water in the shaker and shake for 20 seconds. A portion per day is recommended. To achieve the positive effect, 3 g of creatine should be consumed per day. The specified recommended daily intake must not be exceeded!
