Intake

Preparation and Recommended Use

Add 50 g of powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) and 250 ml of cold water into a shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Consume 1 – 4 servings daily to achieve the stated beneficial effect. Recommended times for consumption are before exercise or competition, immediately after training, and before going to bed.
