Preparation and consumption recommendation

Add 50g of powder (about 4 heaping tablespoons) and 250ml of cold water to the shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Drink up to 4 servings daily. It is recommended to consume before sports or competition, immediately after training, and before going to bed.
