Preparation & Consumption Recommendation:

Mix 1 teaspoon (approx. 5g) with water or milk. We recommend mixing with weight gainers or protein shakes. Drink 1 serving 30 minutes before and immediately after training. On non-training days, drink one serving shortly before breakfast and one shortly before dinner.
