Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, accounting for more than 30% and, generally speaking, its shape and stability. The structure of collagen is a highly resilient superhelix that provides firmness to the connective tissue of the skin, skeletal bones, cartilage and tendons and ligaments.
The combination of the amino acids glycine, proline and hydroxyproline is particularly common in collagen and also in our collagen drink .
