Although the high-quality creatine monohydrate has two excellent flavours, it does not contain any artificial sugars. The creatine is even sugar-free in the 200ml ready-to-consume drink. This means you can even consume this creatine during diet phases without feeling guilty. Artificial colourings also play no role whatsoever in Creatine Flavoured Zero. The product gets its light colouring exclusively through plant extracts and colouring foods, such as beetroot extract. The powder dissolves excellently in water and is easy to dose for on the go.
Recommended intake: Add 6 g powder (equivalent to approx. ½ tablespoon) and 200 ml cold water to the blender jug and shake for 20 seconds. One portion a day is recommended.
