Whey protein translates as milk protein and is a by-product of milk production during cheese manufacture. It is considered a perfect source of protein because it has a high bioavailability. Bioavailability refers to the extent and speed at which a drug or other substance is absorbed by the body and is subsequently available to exert an active effect. In addition, whey protein contains all essential amino acids that are necessary for muscle building and muscle regeneration. But how does whey protein become whey isolate, and what is whey isolate anyway? Whey isolate is characterized by an extremely high protein content of around 90% and is obtained using the complex principle of microfiltration. In this process, fine stainless steel membranes separate the pure protein in the whey from undesirable substances such as lactose and milk fat. This isolates the protein content of the powder even more than regular whey protein. The liquid is then gently removed from the whey isolate in a special hot air process until a pure powder is produced: pure whey protein isolate. The addition "Zero" stands for zero sugar in the ready-to-eat drink.

Preparation and recommended use: Add 25 g (approx. 2 tablespoons) of the protein powder to 250 ml water and mix vigorously using the Shaker for approximately 20 seconds. To achieve the stated positive effect, we recommend to drink a serving one to four times per day. Best is the usage prior to high-intensity training or a competition, directly after the work-out and before bedtime.
Hints: The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy way of living.
