All prices are specified in Euro. For End-customer the VAT is included in the offer-price. We do not add the VAT for reseller. The shipping fees will be added to the offer-prices. All our offers und prices are non-binding and without engegement.

Cash on delivery
German parcel (GLS) will take the money when they deliver the packet. If you are not at home, GLS will try to deliver again later and will leave a note in your mailbox. It is possible to give us an alternative shipping adress and to make specific date arrangements. To do that please contact your relevant GLS depot. Cash on delivery in available only in germany.
Prepayment
If you choose prepayment, you agree to sending us the money before we deliver. Shortly after placing your order you will receive a written proforma invoice with our bank infos. As soon as we receive the money we will send the packet. This payment method is only available within germany.
EU bank transfer
If you choose prepayment, you agree to sending us the money before we deliver. Shortly after placing your order you will receive a written proforma invoice with our bank infos of our bank in germany. There you will find the IBAN and the BIC - you will need both numbers for the payment. The procedure is the same as with a usual prepayment. As soon as we receive the money we will send the packet. This payment method is only available within the EU.
Paypal
When you use paypal the money will be send from your paypal account to our paypal account. Particularly for our customers worldwide this payment method is the easiest, fastest and most secure way to pay. Right after placing your order you will be connected to paypal. This payment method is available basically from anywhere in world. The only exception: We cannot accept paypal payments from german accounts.
Cash
Of course you can pick up our order at our shop and pay cash. Please keep in mind, that you cannot pay by ec card.
Delivery time and shipping costs
We strive to have all the products available every time. If an article should be not available, we will inform you per email. Your parcel will be send as soon as possible with GLS
When we send a short delivery, shipping costs will be charged only once, of course.
Delivery outside of the EU
Customs authorities add customs to the value of your packet when we deliver to outside of the EU. We do not know in advance how much this will be, because they are very different in every country. Your custom duty will give you further information.
Orders from outside of the EU
If you wish to send us money through an oversea bank transfer, please use the EU Standard Transfer. This is very easy. You will find all the necessary information in the email, that we send after we received your order. The delivery times into countries outside of the EU will usually take a bit longer because it takes longer until the money is transferred to our bank account. Thank you for your understanding.
