Preparation: Add 50 g of powder (approx. 4 heaping tablespoons) and 125 ml of milk (1.5% fat) to a shaker and shake for 20 seconds. For a thicker consistency, let the product sit briefly before stirring it in. To prevent curdling, stir the protein sauce into the dish once it is no longer boiling (max. 60 °C).
