Due to the combination of animal and vegetable protein building blocks , the protein 90 achieves a protein content of 90% (i.Tr.). In addition, it contains all the important amino acids (BCAAs and glutamine), which have a rapid utilization and are of fundamental importance for muscle growth.
The protein 90 can be easily dissolved in water. This has the advantage of consuming less calories and fats than dairy-based protein shakes. The preparation with water also allows immediate intake immediately after exercise, when the nutrients are needed for muscle building .
Add 25g of powder (about 2 heaped tablespoons) and 250ml of cold water to the blender jar and shake for 20 seconds.
