Creatine is an organic compound that occurs naturally in your body and plays an important role in energy metabolism. It is mainly stored in the muscles, particularly in the form of creatine phosphate. Creatine is synthesised from the amino acids arginine, glycine and methionine and can also be obtained from food, particularly by eating meat and fish. It is estimated that an average adult ingests around 1-2 grams of creatine per day through food. However, this is not enough to have a positive effect during sport. Only from at least 3g creatine per day, creatine increases the physical performance during high-speed strength training in the context of short-term intensive physical activity.
Mix 1 teaspoon (approx. 5g) with water or milk. We recommend mixing with weight gainers or protein shakes.
Drink 1 portion 30 minutes before and immediately after training. On non-training days, drink one portion just before breakfast and one just before dinner.
Weight gain may occur. The product is not suitable for children and adolescents. To achieve the positive effect, 3 g of creatine should be consumed per day. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded! Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet! Store out of the reach of children! Store away from heat, moisture and sunlight.
