Hello sports enthusiasts!

My name is Phillip Sass, and I've been training for almost 6 years now. I've felt incredibly comfortable in this sport since day 1, as it provides stability on not-so-good days and makes the joy on good days even greater. I used to suffer from being underweight (49 kilos), and then I joined a fitness studio where I quickly realized that I needed to change my diet because training alone wasn't enough. Soon after, I noticed significant changes in my body. About 2 and a half years ago, I competed in my first competition in Berlin, where I secured the 2nd place in men's physique. Recently, I became the runner-up in the Open Men's Weight Class in West Germany. As you can see, big leaps are possible, for everyone!

Aside from my hobby...

I also have my full-time job, where I pass on the knowledge I've gained over the years as a personal trainer to beginners, advanced athletes, and competitors. I wouldn't trade this profession for anything in the world because it makes me happy to see people come out of their shells, become more joyful and sociable, and gain new self-confidence.
