Preparation and recommended intake: Add 7g powder (approx. one level tablespoon) and 125ml cold water to the blender jug and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
Drink 1-2 portions (7g powder each) of Zorn®, if possible on an empty stomach directly before training.
