Vitamin D3 , usually referred to simply as vitamin D or as sun vitamin , is synthesizable for the human body only in sunlight. There are hardly any foods that contain vitamin D3 in sufficient quantities. In particular, animal foods, such as fish with a high content of omega fatty acids, oysters, eggs or liver contain the coveted vitamin D - but the amounts are low - no one wants to have a dozen eggs a day on his daily diet. Suggested Use: One vitamin D3 + K2 tablet daily.

The health claims of vitamin D and K, and their effects, are impressive. The responsible EU Commission states:
Vitamin D3 and K2 are "pretty best friends". While, for example, vitamin D3 plays a crucial role in the formation of calcium calcium in the body, the "finished" calcium calcium is incorporated into the bones with the help of vitamin K2. Perfect teamwork from D3 + K2! In many other processes of protein biosynthesis, the two friends play a common role and complement each other, so our vitamin D3 tablets also contain a matching amount of K2. Vitamin K2 also plays a key role in regulating optimal blood clotting. which is important for cardiovascular health.
The beneficial effect of vitamin D3 tablets + K2 can be reversed, meaning with a vitamin D3 deficiency , meaning: fatigue, muscle weakness or spasms, higher susceptibility to infections and a general weakening of the immune system. In most cases, a vitamin D deficiency occurs when the body is exposed to low levels of sunlight or daylight radiation and the associated activating UV radiation.
