The ready-made baking mix of our protein pizza is a high-quality multicomponent protein. It includes whey protein, soy isolates, casein, peas and chicken egg white. 22% of carbohydrates - this is a perfect low-carb meal at 334 calories per serving. Just stir the baking mix with water, add topping and it's ready for the oven. But be careful with the topping! Lots of vegetables, mushrooms, or strips of beef are the perfect choice for your protein pizza to maintain your nutritional balance. The protein-pizza is gluten free and prepared without yeast - it is therefore suitable for allergy sufferers.
This protein pizza brings variety to your protein cuisine - for athletes who prefer not to make their higher demand for protein with dairy products and meat. It is therefore perfect for those seeking a health-conscious diet. The 500g package contains five servings of delicious pizza. Try out different recipes according to your taste and diet, either a regular pizza, a tarte flambé or crispy, baked chips or crispbread.

Mix 100g of baking mixture and 75ml of water for about 4 minutes with a hand mixer to a smooth dough. Let it rest covered for about 20 minutes. Then roll out between two strips of baking paper. Remove the upper baking paper and fill as desired. Bake at approx. 200-220 ° C (circulating air) for 10-12 minutes.
