Taking one capsule of the Berserker® training booster absorbs a high dose of 200mg of caffeine. In addition, 30mg of niacin ends up in your body. Niacin has a number of positive properties that are relevant for taking before a workout. For example, a sufficient dose of niacin contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. One Berserker® capsule completely covers the daily requirement of this vitamin.
Take a maximum of one capsule daily with a glass of water.
