Preparation:

Mix approx. 2 ½ heaped teaspoons of powder (25g) with 250ml of chilled low-fat milk (fat content 1.5%) and a teaspoon of sunflower oil (2g), and stir.

Recommendations for consumption:

In order to substitute a meal completely, you should add approx. 2g of flavour-neutral, unsaturated fatty acid-rich plant oil (e.g. sunflower oil) when preparing the mixture. Please do not prepare Body n’ Diet with water – use only milk! For weight loss, replace one meal per day with a portion of Body n’ Diet.

To prepare yourself optimally for a metabolism shift, you should use Body n’ Diet three times per day in the preliminary phase. You should only consume liquids (e.g. vegetable broth) in addition to it. Take care to ensure adequate consumption of liquids (approx. 2l per day). After 2-3 days, begin to replace two meals per day with Body n’ Diet for 3-6 weeks. After this, continue to replace one meal per day with Body n’ Diet to continuously lose more weight slowly. You should also pay attention to a balanced diet and appropriate exercise in the longer term.

Attention:

Body ´n Diet is not a complete food and only fulfils its purpose in combination with a low-calory nutrition with other food as components.
