Tip:

Preparation:

Dissolve 20g (approx. one measuring spoon) in 200ml of water twice per day. After using the product for six weeks, a two-week break is recommended.

Warning:

Creatine is not suitable for long-term nutrition, because weight gain caused by water retention can start to set in. It is recommended that you use the product to fit in with competitions and training. The product contains only micronised creatine of the highest quality and purity.
