How can I buy your products?

You have different possibilities to order:
- order directly online in our webshop www.ironmaxx.de
- fax your order to 0049.2226.158920

Besides the products you want to have (name, item number, order quantity) we need the following information for your order:
Company, Last Name, First Name, Country, Postal Code, Town, Street, Phone Number, E-Mail-Address, Form of Payment, Delivery address if different

I have just placed an order but now I would like to add/change/delete something?
Please phone us and tell us your change request. Please note that orders are normally edited very fast. We can not change anything in your order when it is already in the dispatch handling.

I have already paid but not received the goods yet. When do I receive my delivery?
We are aimed to deliver always within 48-72 hours. There are 3 mostly occurring causes for delays:

- Euro Bank Transfer: you did not enter your customer number/order number. Maybe also an acquaintance did the transfer for you so that we are not able to link the real buyer with the account holder. Therefore your payment could not be assigned.

- There are (rarely) delivery bottlenecks we are going to correct immediately

- We sent your package but it returned to us. Maybe there was a problem with the delivery address. In this case we are going to contact you anyway by E-Mail, so that you can give us an alternative delivery address.

If you already paid and are waiting longer than one week, please phone us.

How can I find out the actual status of my order?
Normally the delivery time for a package is 48-72 hours. Our team would be pleased to answer your questions about your order on the phone.

How can I pay?
Depending on your home country you can pay in advance,

I ordered at your webshop, but now I am not sure whether I did everything correct. How can I check if you received my order?
After each order our Webserver generates an order acceptance automatically which is sent to the E-Mail address you entered. If you do not receive this E-Mail immediately after you finished your order, your order did not come in. Please repeat the procedure.

How long does it take until I receive my order?
The delivery time within Germany is between 24-48 hours. To all the other countries the delivery time is average 72 hours.

I received a third E-Mail notification that my package has been sent. But I am waiting for several days for the delivery.
Please consider that the delivery service normally needs two to three business days for the delivery. There is no dispatch at the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
Should this time has passed already, please contact our customer service. We are going to retrace the package’s way.

Do I have the possibility to enter a different delivery address to my invoice address?
Yes. Please tell us your preferred delivery address when you make your order. The delivery will happen in the daytime from Monday to Friday.

What to do when there are damages in transit and/or incomplete deliveries?
Mandatory you have to report immediately either in written form or by E-Mail. We can not admit later complaints.
